Webinar Series--Webinar #1 Quotes Via Gmail

This webinar--the first in a series of ongoing weekly webinars--was presented on May 13, 2020 at 3;30 pm to Virginia Smart Choice Agents.   Presenter Roger Gill covered tools and resources on how to increase effectiveness of presenting quotes via email. CloudHQ has free tools (Chrome Browser Extensions) for Gmail which allow users to quickly and easily insert table comparisons, screen captures, and video directly into an email to your client!  You can also use their meeting scheduler as a link to setup an appointment from your Google Calendar--you setup your Calendar with times available.  I also use their "Format Subject Lines Extension" to make my Gmail subject lines stand out from the crowd.

Downloading CloudHQ Extensions

1. Open a new Google Chrome Brower and enter "Google Chrome Store" into the url / search bar and select "Chrome Web Store" from the results. 

2. Once the Chrome Web Store has loaded look for the search bar on the left side of the page. Make sure that "extensions" is the selected option under and then type "CloudHQ" into the search bar.

3. Locate the extension that you are looking for and click "Add Extension".

4. A pop-up box should appear asking to confirm that you would like to add the extension. Click "Add Extension".

5. The added extension(s) should now appear by clicking "more tools" in the tool bar when composing a new email in Gmail.
