Ezlynx Rater 

The Ezlynx Rater is managed (Purchase, Billing, Setup, and General Management) by Smart Start Personal Lines.   The Ezlynx AMS is managed by Ezlynx.  The Rater and AMS are discounted for Smart Choice Agents.

Exhibit A in the Ezlynx Rater Data Agreement provides the cost information for Smart Choice Agents purchasing a new Rater Subscription.  Agents joining Smart Choice that have an existing Ezlynx Rater subscription may have the Rater transferred to Smart Choice and not have to pay the setup fee.   The Ezlynx Rater is managed (Purchase, Billing, Setup, and general management) by Smart Start Personal Lines.   The Ezlynx AMS is managed by Ezlynx.

 Ezlynx Rater Cancellation Info:  Send Rater Cancellation Request to: smartstartpl@smartchoiceagents.com  with the reason for the requested cancellation.  Please note that since EZLynx is billed in arrears, the agency will see one final charge on the 5th of next month.  The agency will then receive a credit on the 15th of next month for the unused days in January.  If you have any billing questions, please contact raterbilling@smartchoiceagents.com.

Ezlynx Rater Cost for New Smart Choice Agents

• Rater Initial Setup Fee (Non Recurring):             $199.
• Rater Monthly Subscription:    $118 (includes service for up to 5 states and 5 users)
• Rater Total Cost for first payment:  $317

Rater Cost Per Month for Additional States Increases Incrementally:  6-10  states, 11-25  states,  26+  states.    

Rater Cost Per Month for Additional Users:  $20 per user

Ezlynx Agency Management System

The Ezlynx AMS is managed by Ezlynx.  Please visit The Ezlynx AMS Decision Guide to learn more about the AMS options and features. 

 The Decision Guide Standard and Advanced Packages for two users are also discounted–Standard will be around $275 per month and the Advanced with be around $320.   Data transfer will be an additional charge if needed and depends on the size of the data file.

Ezlynx will also provide discounted Pricing to Smart choice agents for a single user Standard Package with an intro promotional price that will increase yearly over 3 years.  The price for the first year starts around $130.
